VLM Distribution Map

Compare files to find specific assets that exist at a destination.

Step 1: Upload Destination Package Report

A list of packages currently active at a destination, according to MXP.

Only .xls and .xlsx files. Only one sheet per workbook.

A Destination Package Report can be downloaded from MXP. Naviagate to Media / Distribution / Packages. Filter by desired Destination and select all necessary channels. Click "Reports" and download the Excel file.

Step 2: Upload Assets to be Updated

A list of assets from the customer to be updated or expired.

Only .xls and .xlsx files. Only one sheet per workbook.

IMPORTANT - This sheet must list the Package Asset IDs in a column titled HDP. The preferred sheet layout should have three columns: Series | Episode | HDP.

Step 3: Submit request

With both sheets loaded, click submit to process.
